I got my passport, made my backpack and headed to the airport.

Two weeks is the amount of time I would have in France and Belgium to capture these images.

I always make a photographic serie when I leave on vacation although this time I did not pressure myself into creating anything. I just captured specifics moments that drew my attention instead of shooting the camera blindly like a full automatic rifle, too scared of forgetting a moment, a visual, a detail... I also love the fact that I was only carrying a 50mm lense with me during the whole trip, being locked this focal length really was a satisfying challenge.

I cropped most of these photos to 2.39:1 ratio to mimic the anamorphic lens look.
